Status AI Tech offers Website Designing, Development, Digital Marketing, and Consultancy services. The scope of each project will be defined in a separate proposal or contract agreed upon by the client and Rameshwar Singh Rajput (Founder).

3. Intellectual Property

Our Content: All content, graphics, logos, and “Tech Gyan” material on this site are the property of Status AI Tech. You may not reproduce or distribute this content without our written permission.
Client Work: Once a website project is fully paid for, the ownership of the website code and design is transferred to the client, unless otherwise agreed upon.

4. Client Obligations

Clients must provide accurate information, content, and timely feedback needed for project completion. Status AI Tech is not responsible for delays caused by the client’s failure to provide necessary materials.

5. Payment Terms

Projects require a [XX%] advance deposit before work begins.
The remaining balance is due upon project completion or as per the agreed milestones.
All payments are non-refundable once the development phase has started, due to the labor-intensive nature of the work.

6. Limitation of Liability

Status AI Tech strives to build secure and fast websites. However, we are not liable for:

Third-party software errors, server downtimes, or hosting issues.
Any loss of profits or business interruptions resulting from the use of our digital solutions.
Changes in Google algorithms that might affect SEO rankings after the project is delivered.

7. Website Maintenance

Standard website development does not include long-term maintenance unless a separate Website Maintenance Plan is purchased. After delivery, the security and updates of the site become the client’s responsibility unless we are contracted to manage it.

8. Privacy

Your use of our website is also governed by our Privacy Policy. Please review it to understand how we handle your data.

9. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by the laws of Madhya Pradesh, India. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Sager, MP.
