StatusAiTech offers professional Website Design, Development, Digital Marketing, and Technical Consultancy services. The specific scope of each project will be defined in a separate proposal or agreement between the client and Er. Rameshwar Singh (Founder).
3. Intellectual Property
Our Content: All content, graphics, logos, and “Tech Gyan” materials on this site are the exclusive property of StatusAiTech. Reproduction or distribution without our written permission is strictly prohibited.
Client Work: Upon full payment for a project, ownership of the specific website code and design is transferred to the client, unless otherwise specified in the project contract.
4. Client Obligations
Clients are responsible for providing accurate information, necessary content, and timely feedback. StatusAiTech is not liable for project delays caused by a client’s failure to provide required materials on time.
5. Payment Terms
Projects require an advance deposit (as per the specific quote) before work commences.
The remaining balance is due upon project completion or as per agreed milestones.
Payments are generally non-refundable once the development phase has started, due to the specialized nature of the labor involved.
6. Limitation of Liability
While StatusAiTech strives for 100% excellence, we are not liable for:
Third-party software errors, server downtimes, or hosting provider issues.
Loss of profits or business interruptions resulting from the use of our digital solutions.
Sudden changes in search engine algorithms (like Google) that may affect rankings after delivery.
7. Website Maintenance
Standard website development does not include long-term maintenance unless a specific Maintenance Plan is purchased. After delivery, site security and updates become the client’s responsibility unless we are contracted to manage it.
8. Privacy
Your use of our website is also governed by our Privacy Policy. Please review it to understand how we handle and protect your data.
9. Governing Law
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Madhya Pradesh, India. Any disputes arising shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Sagar, MP.
